For UPS, we wanted to create business opportunities and strategies based on the most compelling trends and signals. We analysed the company in terms of their vision and mission, and business activities. That was followed by exploring future possibilities that could create a pre-competitive advantage for UPS and expand their business activity, and enhance their user experience. 

Based on the trend meaningful consumption, we propose adopting new technologies that will revolutionize the industry of freight services and logistics. As well as, creating opportunities in a new sector that the company can invest in and grow, leading to tapping into a new markets and increasing the company's market share and size.
